GOP Trashes Kerry Speech, Vows Again to Change Tack

"US Republican leadership dismissed on Wednesday Secretary of State John Kerry's speech on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, vowing a change in policy after President-elect Donald Trump takes office next month.
