Another clear picture of the UN intention to protect Hizbollah, allow them to retain their weapons and reorganize as the terrorists prepare to make war against the Jews once again. Says the UN Deputy Secretary-General: "It is not an offensive force. It's not going to go in there and attempt large-scale disarmament...."
