"...As expressed previously, the Netherlands is worried about the wide scope of the mandate and the unlimited time period of investigation of this Commission of Inquiry. As a consequence, the mandate of this particular Commission contributes to the disproportionate attention given to Israel in the UN system, whereas the UN should address all country situations of concern in a balanced manner."
