For Second Time, Senate Denies Up/down Vote On Iran Deal

For the second time, Senate Democrats prevented an up or down vote on the Iran deal. Forty-two Senators prevented the 60 votes needed for cloture to bring the deal to a vote. Final vote: 56 for cloture, 42 against.
