The amendment states:

"27. Condemns the indiscriminate attacks on medical and humanitarian facilities used exclusively for humanitarian purposes, as well as medical personnel, by the occupying power, in violation of international law."

The amendment to the decision on "Health conditions in the occupied Palestinian territory, including east Jerusalem, and in the occupied Syrian Golan" was adopted on May 31, 2024, by a vote of 74 in favor, 19 against, with 41 abstentions.
