Obama State Dept Holdover Given Lead of US UN Human Rights Council Delegation. Talks "Reform" of the Unreformable

U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Erin Barclay
On March 1, 2017, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Erin Barclay addressed the opening High Level segment of the 34th session of the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva.

Barclay said:

"...my government will be considering the Council's actions with an eye toward reform to more fully achieve the Council's mission to protect and promote human rights."
