Human Rights Council on October 7, 2022, by a vote of 32 in favor (Argentina, Armenia, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Cameroon, China, Côte d’Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea, Gabon, Gambia, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Libya, Malawi, Malaysia, Mauritania, Mexico, Namibia, Nepal, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Senegal, Somalia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Venezuela) to 9 against (Czechia, France, Germany, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and United States of America), with 6 abstentions (Finland, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Marshall Islands and Republic of Korea)
