John Dugard, the UN Special Rapporteur with a mandate to criticize Israel and ignore Palestinian human rights violations, is a perfect fit inside a UN that can't define terrorism. Who is the terrorist according to Dugard? Why Israel of course. Dugard accuses Israel of "terrorization of Palestinians." Needless to say, he doesn't mention the word Palestinian terrorist.
