General Assembly on December 15, 2025, by a vote of 156 in favor, 8 against (Argentina, Israel, Micronesia, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, United States), with 10 abstentions (Cameroon, Costa Rica, Cote D'Ivoire, Ecuador, Fiji, Marshall Islands, Panama, Samoa, Togo, Tonga)
