The UN mandate for the investigation of Israeli settlements. First the resolution of the HRC says settlements are a serious violation of Palestinian rights. Then it tells the "fact-finders" to find out the implications of Israeli settlements for the human rights of Palestinians. A kangaroo court. That's "law", UN-style.
